This is the sequence we follow on a commercial enquiry, and what we need from you at each point. Nothing here replaces the terms of an individual contract — it is how the working relationship normally runs.

Send your requirement
Product, specification, quantity, destination port and preferred trade term. The more precise this is, the faster and more accurate the offer.

Sourcing review
We check supplier availability against your specification and come back with any missing technical or commercial detail.

Offer and evaluation
You receive specification, packing, available documents, the sample process and a quotation on a stated Incoterm basis.

Sample and approval
Where samples are relevant and available, they are sent for your assessment before commercial confirmation.

Confirmation and contract
Terms, payment mechanism, quantity, tolerance, validity and delivery basis are agreed in writing.

Documentation
Producer documents are collected and aligned with what your side and your destination require.

Loading and shipment
We coordinate container or bulk loading, inspection where agreed, and the shipping documents.
- 08
Delivery and follow-up
Documents follow the agreed route to you, and we stay involved through discharge and any post-shipment matters.
Trade terms we commonly quote
Buyer arranges collection and everything onward from the producer’s facility.
We coordinate delivery and loading at the Thai port of shipment; you control the ocean leg.
Freight to the destination port is included in our quotation; insurance is yours.
Freight and the agreed insurance cover are included to the destination port.
Quotation validity, quantity tolerance and inspection arrangements are stated on each offer. Ask for them in writing before comparing prices between suppliers — the basis matters as much as the number.
