Product Quality and Documentation Coordination
SPG coordinates documents available from the selected producer and compares them with the buyer’s stated requirements before commercial confirmation.
Documents that may apply
Depending on the product and transaction, documents may include:
- Product specification
- Certificate of analysis
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Certificate of origin
- Bill of lading
- Health, veterinary, phytosanitary or fumigation certificate where applicable
- Halal certificate where applicable
- GMP, HACCP, ISO or other facility certificates where applicable
- Third-party inspection or test report when agreed
Where responsibility sits
The licensed importer remains responsible for confirming current destination-country requirements and import eligibility. We coordinate documentation; we do not certify products ourselves, and a producer’s certificate belongs to that producer.
How we handle specifications
Typical parameters are shown for buyer guidance only. Final values, tolerances and guarantees are subject to the selected producer’s specification, contract and certificate of analysis. We would rather send you a narrower confirmed figure late than a confident wrong one early.
Certification claims
Halal, GMP, HACCP and ISO certification is attributed to the correct producer, facility and product. We state which producer holds what, rather than implying certification covers our whole range.
