Product Quality and Export Documentation Coordination

Import requirements vary by product and destination. SPG coordinates the documents available from the selected producer and aligns them with the buyer’s stated requirements before commercial confirmation.

Documents that may apply

Depending on the product and transaction, documents may include:

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Certificate of origin
  • Bill of lading or air waybill
  • Product specification
  • Certificate of analysis
  • Health, phytosanitary or fumigation certificate where applicable
  • Halal certificate where applicable and available
  • Manufacturer or facility documents requested for registration
  • Inspection certificate when contractually agreed

Where responsibility sits

The licensed importer remains responsible for confirming current destination-country requirements, product registration and import eligibility. We coordinate documentation; we do not certify products ourselves, and a producer’s certificate belongs to that producer.

How we handle specifications

Typical specifications are presented as typical — final values remain subject to the producer’s offer and certificate of analysis. We would rather send you a narrower confirmed figure late than a confident wrong one early.

Halal documentation

Halal documentation is coordinated where applicable and where the producer holds valid certification for the specific product. We state which producer holds it rather than implying it covers our whole range.
