Sourcing, not manufacturing
Except where expressly stated, products referenced on this site are manufactured or produced by third-party Thai producers. Certificates and approvals referred to belong to the relevant producer, not to Siam Petra Global.
Import responsibility
The licensed importer is responsible for product registration, labelling approval and import eligibility in the destination market, and for confirming the requirements applicable at the time of import.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Individual transactions are governed by their own contract terms, which prevail over this page.
